Request Data or Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your wardrobe data (while keeping your account) or complete deletion of your account and all associated data — no login required to submit this request.
What will be permanently deleted
- All wardrobe items — clothing data, tags, categories, sizes, costs
- All outfit log entries (Lookbook history)
- All uploaded photos — clothing item images and receipt images stored in Firebase Storage
- All receipt scan records and AI-extracted receipt results
- All wear statistics (wear counts, cost-per-wear data)
- All cloud backup data
- Feedback submissions — if you submitted in-app feedback, those records are retained for quality improvement and are not removed by this request. To request removal of your feedback records, email support@theekosystems.com with the subject "Feedback Record Deletion."
- Anonymized crash and analytics data (contains no personal identifiers) may be retained per Firebase's default data retention periods.
Option A — Request directly in the app
Both options are available from within the Eko Edit app:
- Data deletion (keep account): Settings → Support & Privacy → Request Data Deletion
- Full account deletion: Settings → Support & Privacy → Delete All My Data
You can also navigate there via: Settings icon (top right of the Closet screen) → scroll to Support & Privacy.
Option B — Submit a request here
If you no longer have access to the app, fill in the form below. No account login is required. Your selection above will be included in the request.
